Ok, it took me for ages to actually design this journal thingie and the css took even longer. god, after 4 months not using any bit of it, I forgot all the spiffy tricks, anyway. updated, should work in IE too x] anyway for firefox users, does it look ok? according to the thousand times I previewed it, it does not look too chabby.
At first, I just wanted to take a premade css thingie several people have provided on deviantart itself, but I figured I shouldn't be so lazy and get the work done myself. in the end I used some help from `thespook for the thumbs etc, but apart from that I am quite proud that I still know a tad of css and html shizzles ^^
so I just wanted to say hi, show off the css -ironical, no one will see it decently... hmmm- and keep you guys updated about my little camera thingie.
So I ordered the camera a couple of days ago. I have read nearly every review on the internet and pondered about the things I really wanted and what not. well I could not find the canon eos 400d with the 18-55mm IS lens in the area and well I liked the looks of the 1000d. I have long doubted whether I shouldn't go for nikon as I have an old slr camera laying around -should get cleaned etc- and has made quite some photos, but well, hmmm... dunno. I cannot explain why I like the canon eos 1000d more than the nikon d60. anyway, thank you guys for your advice though, it has made me think even harder and longer about my decision, so do not think I haven't listened or anything. The camera had to be ordered as I said before, and should arrive mid September, enough time to focus on photomanipulations, start of school, my boyfriend -yes yes, we're still together xP jk- etc etc, it seems that I have got myself a life during these last months x]
